We generally ship orders placed before 12:00 PM on the same business day or on the next business day, including Saturdays. For standard mail shipments, please allow the following delivery times: Within Germany: 3-4 business days Within the EU: 4-10 business days Customs Duties and Import Fees For orders from abroad, additional customs duties or import fees may apply in the destination country. These costs are your responsibility; we have no control over these fees or their amount. Deliveries within Germany: We charge a flat shipping fee of €3.95 per order. We offer free shipping on orders over €50.00 (gross merchandise value).
Shipping within the EU: We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.50 per order. Orders over €80.00 (gross merchandise value) qualify for free shipping.
Shipping to Switzerland: We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.50 per order. We ship packages without taxes or customs duties.
